- From the appeared list select the name of your HP Printer by right-clicking on it and hit the Uninstall button.
- Press the OK button on the confirmation box.
- In the device manager, you won’t be able to find printer category after un-installation so to get it back click on the icon of Scan for hardware changes.
- Refresh the Device manager and you will the printer category back.
